With the online calculation programs of the MDESIGN compendium, TEDATA GmbH provides the user with unbinding selection tools only. The calculation programs shall not replace a consultation on the utilizability of the products. TEDATA GmbH excludes any warranty as to the correctness of the indications.
The online calculation programs are the intellectual property of TEDATA GmbH and protected by copyright law. It is subject to the protection of the copyright laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, of the international contract conditions and the applicable laws of those countries, in which the online calculation programs are used.
The use of the online calculation programs is without warranty and unbinding. TEDATA GmbH excludes any warranty as to the performance and results, achieved from the use of the selection tool.
Neither TEDATA GmbH nor its vicarious agents shall be liable for direct and indirect damages, including losses of profit, resulting from the use of the online calculation programs.
Those exclusions and limitations of liability shall not apply for damages, resulting from an intent or gross negligence on the part of TEDATA GmbH.
These conditions of use are subject to the material law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction for all litigations arising from and in relation to the use of the online calculation programs shall be at the seat of TEDATA GmbH.
